Making Rental Arrangements

To make a reservation, call the Camp Friedenswald (269) 476-9744 office between 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. (MI time), Monday-Friday.

When making a reservation, note the following helpful information.

Standard Arrival and Departure Time:
6 p.m. Arrival and 2 p.m. Departure (MI times)

Extended Hours:

Early arrivals or late departures may be available by prior arrangement. The fee for extended hours is $25/hour.

Deposit Information:
All deposits are nonrefundable, but are applied towards the cost of the retreat.

At Time of Booking:
50% of your total lodging and/or meeting space cost

3 Months from the Retreat:
Another 25% of your total lodging and/or meeting space cost

Meal Deposit:

If using Camp Food Service, 25% of the projected food cost is due 3 months from your retreat date. Final meal counts are needed 10 days ahead of retreat date.

* If reservation is made within 3 months of your retreat, the deposit timetable will be adjusted at Camp’s discretion.

* If deposit or fee amounts are not feasible for your group, please contact Camp to learn of possible payment plans or other options.

Affiliations & Guidelines

Camp Friedenswald is a part of Mennonite Church USA and adheres to the teachings of the church as outlined in the Mennonite Confession of Faith.
Camp Friedenswald reserves the right to disallow groups to use the camp that are in direct conflict with these guidelines.
