2008 Jr. & Sr. Youth Retreat Registration

Please register as a youth group if possible. Group registration forms(pdf) are also available from your church office. Group registration must include name, address, sex and birth-date for all persons registering. Please include a $15 non-refundable pre-registration fee for each person registering, which is applied to the total cost. Churches will be billed for their youth as a whole group.

Every youth attending camp must have a completed Parent Release Form(pdf).

Within 15 days of retreat $80 /person

Prices are the same for youth and sponsors .
